A bylaw meeting will be hosted by Wif and Hub and is open to all RCA members. Changes in the bylaws are being considered to adapt to the needs of the community and utilize our available resources. Once these changes are in place RCA meetings will be scheduled. The meeting will take place from 10:30-12:30 this Saturday morning, March 24th. For the address email rosedaledc(at)gmail(dot)com.
