The Developing Families Center consists of three organizations:
• Healthy Babies Project - provides support for pregnant women and families with young children in wards 5, 7 and 8, including parenting classes, nurse case managers, home visits, and a variety of classes designed to help families raise healthier, happier children.
• The Family Health and Birth Center - provides primary care for children, prenatal and GYN care for women, and birth services in and out of the hospital.
• United Planning Organization - operates a day care center in our building as well for children aged 0-3 years.
