What would you build?

Real estate developers Dan and Ben Miller own the building at 1351 H St NE. In December they hosted an event to showcase the raw empty space and more or less asked "what would you like to see in this space?" Ideas have been turned in and voting is well underway. You can vote now (or even submit your own idea)  here. The Popularise website is actually an interesting concept where businesses owners, residents and innovators can exchange opinions and information on what they want (and what is feasible).
