"Assessors with the D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue will fan out from Gallaudet University to RFK Stadium starting Aug. 16 to inspect properties inside and out. The office sends its assessors to one neighborhood each year for interior and exterior real property inspections. This year the chosen area is Old City 1, essentially North Capitol Hill."
