Mayor proposing to close Gibbs Elementary

The Mayor released his list of schools he wants to close. Gibbs
Elementary, which is on the corner of 19th and E, is on it. The kids
would be sent to Miner Elementary, which is in Rosedale, and Young,
which is to the north of Kingman Park in Carver Terrace. I don't
think there are any specifics on what they'll do with the building.
