Another neighborhood house rehab featured on Prince of Petworth
532 24th St was featured on the extremely popular blog, Prince of Petworth (pop) under the heading "Good Deal or Not" The comment section is probably a fair indicator of what district residents know (and don't know) about the Rosedale-Kingman Park community and is a good place to start educating the masses. From reading comments in terms of house purchasing, people want to compare Rosedale-Kingman Park to Trinidad in regards to amenities.

Looks like a Victorian house to me. Oh, I wish live in a neighborhood with houses just like that. I can imagine how it feels to wake up in the morning standing in front of your house looking at your beautiful neighborhood.
