Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6A has approved the grant application
submitted by RCA and the Rosedale Youth Institute for $4200 for the
Rosedale Tigers football program. The grant will pay for new uniforms
for two of Rosedale's six football teams, and will be on display when
the Tigers begin their next season in August. The joint application
by RCA and RYI represents a great, coordinated effort by Rosedale
residents--both new and old-- as well as participants in the popular
volunteer programs at the Rosedale Recreation Center. Thanks to local
ANC leaders for supporting the application.
