Ward 6 Candidate Forum at Rosedale Rec
On Thursday, July 13, the five candidates for the Ward 6 DC Council seat-- Tommy Wells, Curtis Etherly, Leo Pinson, Will Cobb, and Tony Williams--gathered at the Rosedale Recreation Center. They mingled with residents and participated in a question and answer session, which covered such topics as crime, education, and gentrification. The discussion was moderated by Andrew Lightman, editor of the Hill Rag. The event drew about 50 people, and is part of ongoing efforts by RCA to advocate on behalf of our neighborhood.
