The purpose of these two meetings is to present draft recommended service improvements to the Metrobus X Line. Participants at the meetings will be encouraged to comment on the draft recommendations, ask questions, and make additional suggestions. At the conclusion of the study, the study team will make its final recommendations to the WMATA Board, hold a public hearing, and (pending Board approval) begin implementing the first phase of service changes.

The program for both meetings is the same: an open house from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm and a presentation and group exercise from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Both meetings are open to the public, and no RSVP is necessary.

Meetings for Metrobus Routes X1, X2 & X3
Dear DC Residents, Metrobus Riders, and Community Groups:
You are cordially invited to attend two public meetings that will be held in July in support of the Metrobus Benning Road-H Street Line Study. The project is sponsored by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in partnership with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), and will identify and implement bus service improvements for Metrobus routes X1, X2, and X3.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear rider comments, questions, and suggestions about ways to improve transit service along the Benning Road-H Street corridor. Also, the project team will discuss the preliminary results of the rider survey that was distributed on the X1, X2, and X3 routes on June 25.
